Position 1: – Finance Officer
Job Summery
The Finance Officer will be responsible for ensuring efficient financial management and compliance with Qua Qua’s policies and program requirements. This role involves maintaining financial records, preparing budgets and reports, processing payments, and providing financial analysis to support program implementation. The Finance Officer will also be responsible for performing managing budgets, preparing financial reports, essential banking functions, accounts and disbursement management, payroll functions and maintaining internal controls to safeguard the organization’s resources.
Job Requirement:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced-level Excel.
Expertise in using common accounting software.
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and program requirements.
Familiarity with business principles and practices.
Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Position 2: – Program Manager
Job Summery
The purpose of this assignment is to oversee the implementation of the Digital Payment and Savings Solution (DPSS) initiative under the Entrepreneurship in the Digital and Gig Economy (EDGE) program. It is designed to support unlock dignified and fulfilling work opportunities for economically and financially disadvantaged young women and men including vulnerable young people. Under the supervision and guidance of the CEO of the Company, the Program Manager will be accountable for overall program, planning, implementation, and administration of all program priorities within the Program Document. The Program Manager will work closely with the relevant program teams to ensure recruitment, screening, onboarding, provision of tailored and need based training for young people and support the DPSS platform to enable dignified and fulfilling work for financially disadvantaged young women and men.
Job Requirement:

The DPSS Officer will play a key role in supporting the operations and growth of the Digital Payment and Savings Solution (DPSS) project. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including recruiting and onboarding youth participants, providing training, liaising with agents, outlets, and operators, and contributing to business development efforts. The officer will ensure smooth coordination of activities, support stakeholder engagement, and assist in implementing project objectives.
Job Requirement:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Management information system, Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or other related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, training and human development, administration and operational support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced-level Excel.
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in training, recruitment, or business development is an advantage.
Understanding of basic products and services of financial institutions, FinTech’s and how they operate.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Position 4: – Customer support and Admin Officer
Job Summery
The Customer support and Admin Officer will be responsible for receiving queries from clients, record, escalate to the concerned unit and follow-up. Additionally, the Officer will serve as a focal person for Qua Qua, ensuring effective communication and representing the organization professionally while welcoming and assisting guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. This role also involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative and secretarial support.
Job Requirement:
Education:
Minimum BA Degree in Administrative Management, IT, Secretarial Science, Office Management or any other related field of study.
Additional training or certification in office administration or related fields will be considered relevant.
Experience:
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Core Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail communication;
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, copiers and scanners.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Punctuality and reliability.
