Position: Chief Executive Officer
Education: First Degree /MBA/MA in Accounting and Finance, Business Management and Economics
Work Experience: Five year work experience in Financial institution out of which three years in Managerial position (In Micro Finance is preferable) and who met NBE’s Micro finance Directive no. SIB SIB/32/20135.1, 5.2 & 5.3
Management Capacity : Building team, decision quality, Drive for result, planning , and priority setting ,core competence( perseverance, contentious learning, team work, integrity and trust , customer focus): individual competency(action oriented ,impersonate skill and problem solving ); technical competency (cost & value management and industry and product knowledge )
