The limitations that are currently in place are looked at as a starting point for Rammis Bank, a new interest-free bank.
Rammis Bank S.C would like to invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Senior Financing Follow-up And Portfolio Management
Requirement: B.A/B.sc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or other business-related fields with 6 years of banking experience of which 2 years in Financing(credit ) follow up and portfolio Officer and or equivalent position.
Workplace: Head office
Position 2: Senior Procurement Officer
Requirement: B.A/B.sc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Procurement and Logistics or other business-related fields with 6 years of banking experience of which 2 years in Procurement Officer and or equivalent position.
Workplace: Addis Ababa [head Office].
Position 3: Security (Collateral) Valuator Maker/checker
Requirement: BSc. Degree in Civil or Construction technology and Management or Agricultural, Mechanical Engineering field or related with 6 years of which 2 years as Collateral valuator I, Associate collateral valuator and or equivalent position.
Workplace: Head office
Position 4: Senior Talent Acquisitions And On Boarding Officer
Requirement: B.A/B.sc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or other business-related fields with 6 years of banking experience of which 2 years in senior HR Officer, Senior learning & development officer, HR Officer, learning & development officer and or equivalent position.
Workplace: Head Office
Position 5: Senior Cheque Clearance Accountant
Requirement: B.A/B.sc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or other business-related fields with 6 years of banking experience of which 2 years in Senior Cheque Clearance Officer, Cheque Clearance Accountant, Account Operation & GL Monitoring accountant and or equivalent position.
Workplace: Head office
Position 6: Senior Fund Management Accountant
Requirement: B.A/B.sc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or other business-related fields with 6 years of banking experience of which 2 years in Fund Management Accountant, Assistant Fund Management Accountant and or equivalent position.

Position 7: CRM Corporate Banking
Requirement: B.A/BSc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or other business-related fields with 6 years of banking experience of which 2 years in Customer relationship manager, Senior customer relationship officer, loan officer and or equivalent position.

Position 8: CRM Retail Banking
Requirement: B.A/BSc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or other business-related fields with 6(six) years of banking experience of which 2(two) years in Customer relationship manager, Senior customer relationship officer, loan officer and or equivalent position.

Position 9: Manager Facility
Requirement: Master’s Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business related fields preferably with 7/9 years of banking experience respectively of which 3 years in manager facilities management, senior facility follow up officer, senior contract management officer and or equivalent position.

Position 10: Senior Trade Service Officer
Requirement: BA/BSc Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business related fields with years of banking experience of which 2 years in Associate Trade Finance Operation (Import and Export), Trade finance operation guarantee officer, Senior trade service Officer, Trade finance operation guarantee officer, Senior trade service Officer, Trade finance officer or equivalent position.

Position 11: Manager KYC And Customer Due Diligence
Requirement: Master’s Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields with 7/9 years of banking experience respectively of which 3 years in a Senior Risk Management Officer, Risk Management Officer or equivalent position.

Position 12: Manager, Learning And Development
Requirement: Master’s Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields with 7/9 years of banking experience respectively of which 3 years in a senior HR Officer, Senior learning & development officer, HR Officer, learning & development officer or equivalent role.

Position 13: Manager, Cash Management
Requirement: Master’s Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields with 7/9 years of banking experience respectively of which 3 years in a senior cash management officer, SBBO Cash, Chief cashier or equivalent role.

Position 14: Director, Application And Database Administration
Requirement: Master’s degree in Information technology, computer engineering, computer science or related field of study or other related fields or B.A Degree in computer science, Information technology, computer engineering or related field of study with Minimum of 8 years for MA holders and 10 years for BA holders of banking experiences of which 4 years in a managerial position.

Salary and benefits: As per the scale of the bank
IFB knowledge is preferable.
