Position 1: Senior Site Engineer
Job Summery:
Senior civil engineer is responsible for conducting and overseeing the planning, design and construction of the overall projects. Plans, schedules, directs and controls the progress of construction activities.
- Creating construction plans using computer software, such as Ms project and AutoCAD
- Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that construction meets specifications
- Monitoring construction progress to ensure construction is going as scheduled and safe conditions for workers and quality workmanship is attained
- Performing cost estimates for projects
- Reviewing CAD and blueprints to ensure they meet standards and codes
- Oversee and regularly review engineering processes and resources to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Prepares regular reports on progress and requirements for labor, materials, machinery and equipment at the construction site.
- Monitors Subcontractor’s work schedule, safety performance and work quality.
Job Requirement:
Qualification and Experience: BA degree in Civil Engineering and related fields with 8 years and above work experience in construction or real estate sector.
Position 2: Property Manager
Job Summery:
Property managers are responsible for the efficient management of commercial properties. This involves determining rental rates, marketing, handling tenant relations, and overseeing maintenance.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing budgets.
- Attracting new tenants through advertising and promotion.
- Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
- Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
- supervising cleaning and security.
- Collecting rent and handling operating expenses.
- Preparing reports to supervisor
Job Requirement:
- MA degree in management/business administration or related fields with a minimum of 6 years work experience in management of which 2 years’ experience in property
- BA degree in management/business administration or related fields with a minimum of 8 years work experience in management of which 2 years’ experience in property management.
