REALITY REAL ESTATE SC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Human Resource and Admin Officer

Job Requirement

• Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a similar HR and/or administrative officer role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in the recruitment and selection process
• Conducts basic background checks, prepares job offer letters, and supports onboarding processes in a timely manner.
• Facilitates new employees’ documentation and maintains accurate personnel files
• Provides support in organizing capacity-building and training activities
• Supports employee health and safety initiatives, including coordinating insurance services and medical coverage where applicable.
• Prepares and updates monthly payroll inputs by collecting and monitoring changes
• Coordinates the registration, tracking, and maintenance of office equipment
• Supports the handling of labour-related inquiries
• assists in resolving minor employee conflicts.
• Prepares and submits periodic HR and administrative reports

Location: bole, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Project Manager

 Job Requirement

• Requirement: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, or other similar fields with
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years work experience in construction or real estate sectors out of which 3 years as project Manager.

Role and responsibility

• Develop detailed project plans including timelines and resource.
• Ensure all project phases are executed as per the approved plan, within scope and time
• Organize and manage construction activities, from pre-construction to completion,
• Oversee daily activities at the construction site,
• Supervise and direct the activities of construction workers and subcontractors,
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and enforce site-specific safety plans.
• Review and monitor work progress, identifying issues and proposing solutions

Location: Addis Ababa

 

Position 3: Chief Construction operation manager

Job Requirement

• Requirement: BSC/MSC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience: A minimum of 15/13 years of relevant experience, including at least 10/8 years in a Senior management level position

Role and responsibility

• Prepare Annual operational plan
• overseeing construction teams at head office and on-site,
• Oversee the construction from planning, till completion
• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Ensure that construction projects meet the necessary standards for quality and safety
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of construction teams, and contractors
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities are progressing
• Provide detailed timely reports

Location: Addis Ababa
