Position 1: Digital Payment Officer
Responsibilities:
- State the merchant information properly
- State payment provider information which includes payment provider name and payment type properly
- Check the merchant have internet connection
- Check the merchant connection types which means it’s copper, fiber or wireless
- Check the merchant bandwidth regarding with the connection types
- Communicate with the stakeholders which means merchants, payment provider and project divisions
- Select and configure the merchant database properly
- Repair the merchant selected database properly
- Upload the merchant database to cloud
Repaired the merchant all branch database and applications appropriately and others

Position 2: – Graphic Designer
Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for Creating a creative and innovative graphics for a variety of marketing, advertising, and promotional materials. They will utilize their experience and skills to contribute to design projects while continuing to learn and grow in their role. This position requires a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various design styles and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution: Collaborate with other graphics designers and other team members to execute design projects and bring creative concepts to life. Create visually compelling graphics for both print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing collateral.
Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design projects based on knowledge and experience gained during the first year of professional work. Apply design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition to enhance visual appeal and effectively communicate messages.
Image Editing and Retouching: Utilize image editing software to retouch, resize, and enhance photographs and other visual assets for use in marketing materials.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines and visual standards across all design projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s brand identity.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and web developers, to understand project requirements and effectively contribute to the overall design process.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience and a strong portfolio can be considered instead of formal education.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 year of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in various design styles and techniques.
Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design production.

- Serving as the primary point of contact for merchants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and assistance with payment-related matters
- Evaluating different payment gateways and processors to determine the most suitable options for the organization’s requirements. Assessing factors such as transaction fees, security features, customer support, and compatibility with the platform
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners negotiate contracts and manage service-level agreements. Stay updated on partners offerings, market trends and new solutions to optimize the organization’s financial technology ecosystem
- Monitoring transaction flows, resolving any issues or discrepancies and ensuring timely and accurate payment settlements
- Staying current with the latest trends and technologies in the payment industry. Assessing new payment methods, emerging technologies, and industry best practices for potential implementation and optimization
Qualification:
MA/ BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information System or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4/6 MA/BA year of professional experience.
