Position 1: Junior Parts & Service Sales Representative (Jr. P.S.S.R.)
Duty Station: Mekelle
Required number: 1
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering or equivalent from recognized University
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in construction machineries service & parts sales
Other Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and effective correspondence.
- Excellent communication skill in spoken and written English. Technical English language skills required
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office & other operational Software
- 2nd Grade Driving License
Position 2: HR Officer
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Required number: 1
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
BA Degree in Management or HR Management from recognized University/College
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
Other Requirements
- Knowledge on Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and Private Organization Employees’ Pension Proclamation.
- Ability to implement Collective Agreement and Proclamations
- Ability in managing employee Pension and Insurance inclusion, salary change and exclusion.
- Excellent skill in major HR functions.
- Excellent follow-up skill in employees leave schedule, attendance control & disciplinary issues
- Ability to maintain accurate employees’ records
- Effective Communication & writing skill both in Amharic and English
- Computer literate
- Ability to work as a team
Position 3: Assistant Executive Secretary
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Requred number: 1
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
A Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Foreign Language and Linguistics, or a related field from a recognized university or college
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 8 years relevant work experience Excellent communication in spoken & Written English
Other Requirements
- Having work experience in summarizing and presenting top management minutes
- Ability to maintain GM’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences
- Excellent Customer handling service for both internal & external
- Excellent time management (Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner)
- Proven Computer Knowledge on Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel & internet
- Ability to manage several asks simultaneously, be able to prioritize workload & meet deadlines
- Capable of successfully passing the external exam required for the position
