The Project Engineers will be responsible for managing day-to-day duties and maintaining high construction standards.

Position 1: – Graphics Designer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
- Attending weekly department and company meetings
- Prepares and submits progress reports on a regular basis to ICT Manager,
- Perform other related duties assigned.

Job Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline from recognized university
Work Experience:
One or more years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
Skills and behaviors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of Word Press and content management systems
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Position 2: – Project Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage & supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
- Manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance
- Assist construction manager in establishing project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within parameters of corporate policy
- Prepare scheduled or necessary updates of construction activities and determine personnel and equipment requirements
- Create and administer testing protocols for monitoring project performance
- Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation
- Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion
- Oversee budgetary, scheduling, and project databases, and report regularly to project manager on progress as well as on problems that could significantly affect cost or schedule
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
- Handel tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.
- Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle and analyze the completion of key goals
- Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
- Attending weekly department and company meetings
- Prepares and submits progress reports on a regular basis to Construction Manager,
- Perform other related duties assigned

Qualification:
BSC degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline from recognized university.
Work Experience:
At list 5+ years of project experience working in the construction industry required
Skills and behaviors:
- Experience with large manufacturing facilities construction sites preferred
- Proficient with MS Pro. Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software, and CAD, CAD/CAM circuit design
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and direct a team of tradespeople.
- Knowledge and understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Position 3: – Finishing Foreman
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, Supervise, and Coordinate the sub-contractors and ensure program is going based the standard quantity in effective cost and time.
- Implementation of daily and weekly programs together with the issue of program detail to sub-contractors
- Maintaining the site document and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
- Dealing with all health and safety issues on site
- Monitors quality of the finishing materials and the finishing work of subcontractors and our employees.
- Collects weekly inspection sheets from the sub-contractors and our employees
- Works closely with the Engineering and Architectural Design Team and suggests the review of all drawings and details on an ongoing basis
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work within budget and on schedule.
- Reviewing and approving work quality standards and providing guidance and training to team members
- Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project and develop the ability to problem-solves and troubleshoots issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Manages all material requirements in good time to suit the program on time
- Responsible for carrying out spot dimensional checking of works, bringing any discrepancies to the Project Engineer or to the Construction Manager.
- Capable of stopping works that are not being carried out safely or works that deviate from the set standards
- Inspects sub-contractors works and signs it off when it is to an acceptable standard
- Attending weekly department and company meetings
- Prepares and submits progress reports on a regular basis to Project Engineer,
- Perform other related duties assigned.

Career Level: – Middle Level (6+ Years’ experience)
Qualification:
At list Diploma or equivalent educational level IV in construction from recognized collage.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a finishing foreman in the construction industry.
Skills and behaviors:
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and to focused on the details
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and direct a team of tradespeople.
- Knowledge and understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Proficient in using computer software for project management and scheduling.
