Royal Foam, Spring Mattress and Plastic Manufacturing PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Senior Production Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production strategies and determine amount of necessary resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet the production safety, quality, quantity and productivity.
  • Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains three legged vehicles assembling workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring the resources and implementing cost reduction systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
  • Communicates all staff member through regularly meeting to create a multi-disciplinary team within the organization and manages and prepare the operational periodic reports to management team.
  • Analyzes, establishes and reviews production output according to the production schedules for all production processes and enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output
  • Works closely with Quality control team to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborates with the product development team as well as product management staff to develop and create dynamic productive team.
  • Develops metrics and ensures performance of areas within scope of encouragement.
  • Monitoring performance, evaluating competency, and conducting performance reviews to meet operator’s compliance.
  • Monitor factory’s production capacity daily, weekly, monthly…to ensure on time delivery
  • Forecast the requirements of production in order to achieve the production target as its responsibility in day-to-day production.
  • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, line leaders, operators etc.)
  • Establish and monitor MIS system parameters, including safety stock levels for finished goods and raw material inventories.
  • Oversee & Mentor Vendor cluster making them competent to ensure QCD improvements development capability in lead time reduction, Management Capability, Quality product and delivery time etc.
  • Recruits, Maintain quality product team by conducting on board training and mentoring the employees, establishing enforcing production standards.
  • Performs other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

 MSC or BSC Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile / Electrical Engineering and other related filed from recognized University.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ for MSC or 4 years for BSC experience in three–legged vehicles assembling, product development and or production.

Skills and behaviors:

  • Strong MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, highly organized, and strong adaptability.
  • Team player and problem solver in a demanding deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow up skills a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and process.

Position 2: Senior Marketing Expert

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Differentiate, develop and execute marketing strategy and plans for our unique markets.
  • Build and drive customer acquisition strategies
  • Developing and executing signature content, across all channels, that engages and connects our product customers and consumers
  • Curate, and continue to enhance guidelines for brands, engagement and experience
  • Drive content generation that best suits our unique customer base and segment
  • Build and own the deliverables of a dynamic and practical marketing function featuring in-house teams or outsourced services
  • Rapid execution for day-to-day marketing as well as longer term strategy
  • Working creatively to optimize budget spend, reach and impact
  • Drive internal systems to be a customer first company
  • Actively understand, and translate customer profiling and demographics into driving marketing impact
  • Customer focused learning, deep market analytics and key insights (qualitative and quantitative) to drive current and future growth
  • Abreast with new trends, communication concepts, marketing and communications mediums and ideas
  • Actively engage in the marketplace to learn, test, and  socks offerings and solutions
  • Aggressively research all markets to fully understand our unique customers and the ways to emotively connect with them
  • Developing marketing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s socks marketing share.
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns and advertisement strategy.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social media and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing advert material, like flyers, leaflets, brochures and banners for active promotion.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly the requirements and skills
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Performs other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

 MA or BA Degree in Marketing Management or related filed from recognized University.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years for MA or 4 years for BA experience in textile industry, product development in textile industry.

Position 3: Sales Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, follow and manage coordinators and control the day to day activity of the entire sales branch. 
  • Follow the sales branch to sell company’s products in accordance with the selling price settled by the company.
  • Provide truth-based information on the quality and quantity of our items we offered by comparing with other sellers.
  • Manage and present the company product quality for new client.
  • Set the standard tools to measure the performance of the sales branch.
  • Follow how to maintain the cash register in every sales branch and handling of payment and delivering the receipt and attachment to customer.
  • Record the daily sales data and prepare the report to the department managers.
  • Control stock balance and report current balance to branch coordinators department manager
  • Adapt and improve and exercise team work experience to create synergy.
  • Supervise and take appropriate measure to avoid any risk.
  • Receive and handle customer’s complaint in good hospitality to encourage buying the company product.
  • Manage and always keep neat and clean of branch and follow the hygiene of sales team and personality to attract customers and to build the company image.
  • Record customers feedback of each branch and report the branch to department manager
  • Analyze and record seasonal sales transaction of each sales branch.
  • Coordinate with store in the process of timely delivery.
  • Measure potential customer’s opinion of the product.
  • The sales man should fulfill the entire necessary sales document during sales.
  • Follow the attendance and manage working hours respect the company rules.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Performs other job-related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

 BA Degree Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related field from recognized university.

Work Experience:

At list 3(three) years and above experience in Foam and Furniture sales and marketing.
