Position 1: Customer Service Officer- Dukem
Job Summary:
Responsible for acting as a liaison among sales, transport and warehouse team. Over all responsible for sales order processing, assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
Key Functions:
- Receive daily sales orders from company sales representatives via group address and crate sales order in the system accurately
- Make sure that the customer is registered and approved agent to distribute our products
- System check product or Finished Goods availability in the warehouse to make sure we can stratify the order
- Verify from the system that pricing is correct and the order is confirmed to serve
- Make sure that the order does not exceed approved credit limit to serve.
- Make sure stock allocation is done properly as per agreed company policy
- Make sure the customer or agent deposited equivalent cash or issued POD postdated cheque per agreed period.
- Generate picking list for the order and provide same to warehouse to arrange delivery or shipment
- Request transport section to arrange equivalent Truck for delivery for the order
- Make sure invoicing and attachment done accurately and completely
- Make sure sales discounts and/or trade promotions done as per approved note from respective manager/ official
- Follow-up timely collection of proof of deliveries
- Report daily sales executed to concerned bodies at the end of the business day
- Record pending orders accurately and communicate same to sales and logistics team
- Record and Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or mail
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Competences:
- Demonstrated acceptable skills on Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge of sales and marketing management
- Knowledge of customer handling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Knowledge of sales order processing and dispatching
- Able to work with others and good team player
- Good time-management skills
- Able to execute multiple tasks at a time and willing to work under pressure
- Experience working in ERP and any sales and marketing activity is a plus
Education Qualifications and Requirement:
First Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration from recognized institutions
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2(two) years of experience in customer service, sales or marketing.

Position 2: ECX Purchase Officer
Duties and Responsibilies:
- Overall seeing Ethiopian Commodity exchange platform purchases as per plan
- Review and update daily market trend
- Reports availability of commodities in ECX on daily basis
- Communicating with different seller and buyer and update on daily prices
- Reporting on daily update of Coffee, Oil seeds & pulses buying system in ECX.
- Harvesting Period reports & experience
- Processing of Purchases & Delivery / collection documents of ECX purchases
- ECX purchase training & news updating
- Excellent speed in computer data entries and bidding system
- Sincerity & discipline.
Competencies:
- Good experience & track record of bulk coffee purchases from ECX
- Good experience of bulk purchases of oil seeds & pulses
- Excellent communication skill
- Good knowledge of commodities quality / grades
- Strong relationship with ECX team & ECX sellers
- A dedicated, hardworking individual, with strong attention to details
- Integrity and good ethics
EDUCATION
Graduate / Diploma
- ECX commodities trading training certificate
- Excellent Computer data entry or bidding system knowledge
Work Experience:
Three (3) to 5 years’ experience in ECX purchases

Position 3: Refinery Operator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.
- Operates machines in the refinery Section;
- Ensures the proper conveyance and feeding of ingredients to intermediate stages;
- Ensures the proper function of machines and reports on malfunctioning ones;
- Assists in the maintenance of machines in the Section;
- Ensures the proper handling of all raw materials and related inputs;
- Ensures the proper cleaning of machines and devices;
- Fills out work performed, receipt and hand over of materials;
- Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
- Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.
- Performs other duties as directed by line manager.
Competencies: –
- Good operating skills and experience with similar machinery
- Good process & product knowledge
- Good reporting skill
Qualifications: –
Diploma/Technical Vocational Graduate (10+4) in General Mechanic/Industrial Electricity
Work Experience:
Two 2+ Years of Relevant experience in machine operating and process under a similar firm

Position 4: Assistance Refinery Operator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.
- Ensure that adequate raw materials are available on his shift
- Ensure that process equipment and production area are clean and ready for processing
- Operates machines in the refinery Section
- Assists in the maintenance of machines in the Section
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation
- Performs other duties as directed by line manager and operator
- Maintain an implementation of 5S, EMS, OHSMS AND FSMS
- Participate in teamwork strongly
- Receive and Discharge the Coming Crude oil From Truck Shipments
- Properly store and transfer waste and byproducts from the processing area
- Ensure the production and supply of safe products across the supply chain
- Prevent cross-contamination and control hazards by developing or innovating systems/methods.
- Ensure that all CCPs are monitored properly
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation
- Use R rules (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rethink, etc) to avoid or minimize discharges to water, emissions to air and disposal to land
- Implement, document, maintain and continually improve the Environmental management system
- Expected to maintain an organized log book with all Raw materials Transactions, Quality control Actions and Maintenance performed.
- Inspect tanks and pipelines and report anything unusual to your supervisor (Leaks, temp, and Pressure abnormalities)
- Cleaning of Crude offloading area after completion of his work
- Implement policies, procedures and standards so as to avoid workers and other personnel harm
- Handle, store and manage chemicals and hazardous materials that can pose injury and ill health.
- Implement 5s in his working area
- Doing other tasks given by his first-line manager
- Ensures the proper cleaning of machines and devices
Competencies: –

Position 5: Oilseeds Supply Chain Manager / Center Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying and contracting capable integrators and traders to secure year on year oilseeds supply as per contracting and supply schedule,
- Coordinating the execution of the oilseeds farming contracts for designated area of coverage by oilseeds clusters managers,
- Coordinating and supervising the input dispatch plan to out-growers/integrators as per contract and as relevant; ensure their duly/timely payment,
- Coordinating the timely disbursement of out-financing and ensuring the repayment as per the schedule defined,
- Coordinating the weekly monitoring of out-growers (clusters), integrators and contracted traders stock level and proposing actions to ensure timely deliveries,
- Ensuring a constant and accurate information flow to Deputy head of clusters regarding oilseeds price, quantity, quality produced, competition in assigned area of coverage and potential area of expansion,
- Supervising assigned oilseed storage centers management and oilseeds inventory quality maintenance, ensuring the strict execution of warehouse SOPs,
- Establishing good linkages with relevant local Ethiopian administration to support the development of the oilseeds clusters (Relevant zonal/woreda stakeholders),
- Ensuring execution of promotional activities (Field days on demo fields, flyers distribution etc.),
- Participating in the evaluation process of suppliers for credit allocation, coordinating credit contract signing by all parties (zonal legal offices, DARA etc.), collection and verification of post-dated checks and supporting documents (Business License, TIN, Bank book copy etc.)
- Participating in the development of the promotional and communication strategy as well as overseeing with communities,
- Ensuring the execution of agriculture department SOPs by subordinates,
- Leading, motivating and training the collaborators, subordinates and partners.
Deputy Head of Clusters will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Timely execution of the oilseeds contracting plan ( clusters/integrators) as per yearly harvest plan and oilseeds supply budget,
- Timely delivery of the contracted oilseeds volume as per plan (for clusters and integrators) to the oilseeds storage centers /rented warehouses,
- Timely execution /delivery and payment of the inputs supply plan (type, volume, price, payment schedule),
- Efficient coordination of supply of seeds to the oilseeds storage centers/rented warehouses,
- Relevance, accuracy and suitability of reporting on Ethiopian oilseeds markets in regional areas,
- Accuracy of weekly report on suppliers stock status and related action plan,
- Increased development of network with stakeholders to ensure required additional sourcing,
- No major incidents linked to the breach of SOP,
- Improvement of companies image and popularity in areas of intervention
- Compliance with all SOPs of Agriculture department.
Academic qualification: BSC/Msc degree Supply chain/Agribusiness/Procurement and/or related fields
Working experience: Employee will have 8 years of experience of which at least 5 in the sector relevant to the JD.
Language: English, Amharic and Oromiffaa and/or Gumuz
