Position 1: Customer Service Officer – Akaki Kality
Job Summary
Responsible for acting as a liaison among sales, transport and warehouse team. Over all responsible for sales order processing, assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
Key Functions:
- Receive daily sales orders from company sales representatives via group address and crate sales order in the system accurately
- Make sure that the customer is registered and approved agent to distribute our products
- System check product or Finished Goods availability in the warehouse to make sure we can stratify the order
- Verify from the system that pricing is correct and the order is confirmed to serve
- Make sure that the order does not exceed approved credit limit to serve.
- Make sure stock allocation is done properly as per agreed company policy
- Make sure the customer or agent deposited equivalent cash or issued POD postdated cheque per agreed period.
- Generate picking list for the order and provide same to warehouse to arrange delivery or shipment
- Request transport section to arrange equivalent Truck for delivery for the order
- Make sure invoicing and attachment done accurately and completely
- Make sure sales discounts and/or trade promotions done as per approved note from respective manager/ official
- Follow-up timely collection of proof of deliveries
- Report daily sales executed to concerned bodies at the end of the business day
- Record pending orders accurately and communicate same to sales and logistics team
- Record and Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or mail
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Competences:
- Demonstrated acceptable skills on Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge of sales and marketing management
- Knowledge of customer handling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Knowledge of sales order processing and dispatching
- Able to work with others and good team player
- Good time-management skills
- Able to execute multiple tasks at a time and willing to work under pressure
- Experience working in ERP and any sales and marketing activity is a plus
Education Qualifications and Requirement:
First Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration from recognized institutions
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales or marketing.

Position 2: Chief laboratory
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the testing of oilseeds for quality and safety, including moisture content, oil content, protein content, foreign material content, aflatoxins, and other contaminants.
- Ensure that all testing procedures are followed correctly and that all results are accurate and reliable.
- Maintain the laboratory’s equipment and supplies, and ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated.
- Train and supervise laboratory personnel.
- Develop and implement quality control programs in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory records.
- Investigate and resolve any quality control problems.
- Work with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop and implement new testing procedures and quality control programs.
- Assists in taking and maintaining inventories. Participates in storeroom inventory and cycle counts to maintain adequate supply level
- Manages his advance payment to timely cover minor expenses of the warehouse (daily labor payment, stationaries etc.).
EXPECTED RESULTS
Deputy Head of Clusters will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- 100% of the goods received have been inspected as per the company’s quality protocol.
- All internal or external quality control inspections have been successfully completed.
- All preventive and corrective actions to maintain the goods quality have been implemented as per predefined schedule.
- Relevance, accuracy and suitability of reports as per predefined schedule
- No major complains from suppliers regarding transparency, methodology or service quality.
- Compliance with all SOPs of Agriculture department.
RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
Academic qualification: BSC/Msc degree in chemistry, food science, or a related field.
Working experience: Employee will have 5 years of experience of which at least 3 in the sector relevant to the JD.
Language: English, Amharic, Oromifaa is a plus.
Workplace: Dukem, Oromia

Position 3: Warehouse Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of all goods.
2. Manage warehouse personnel, daily labors etc. including hiring, training, and scheduling.
3. Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies.
4. Ensure that the warehouse is operated in a safe and efficient manner as per company standard.

7. Coordinate with transportation companies & logistics department to arrange for the delivery and pickup of goods.

2. All warehouses flow procedures are dully respected using the proper warehouse documents.
3. All goods are stored in perfect conditions, in the allocated space as per the company standards.
4. Relevance, accuracy and suitability of reports as per predefined schedule.
5. No major complains from suppliers regarding transparency, methodology or service quality.
