Position 1: – Project Manager (Wood and Metal Works)
Job Description:
Pinnacle Business Group, the parent company of Semu Real Estate, is seeking a highly experienced and qualified project manager to join our team. We are specifically looking for a candidate with expertise in wood and metal works, possessing either a master’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in this field.
About Us:
Pinnacle Business Group is a diversified company involved in various industries, including trading, bamboo, mining, real estate, and hotels. As a leading organization, we are searching for a project manager who can oversee all projects within our companies and work directly with the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, particularly in the wood and metal works domain.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage project team members, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within budget and schedule.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to the CEO
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in project management or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in wood and metal works project management.
- Strong expertise and understanding of wood and metal works processes
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the wood and metal works sector.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

Position 2: – Senior Customs Officer (Transitor)
Job objective:
Pinnacle business group would like to invite highly skilled customs clearing professionals, our company is establishing its own customs clearing firm we would like to hire a senior TRANSITOR (custom clearing professional) the candidate will be responsible to take over the import export operations customs clearing obligation
Activities:
- Planning, organizing and reporting of customs clearance operations
- Follow up and report arrival of import cargo.
- Check and validate the documents for customs procedure.
- Verify fulfillment of documents for customs procedure process and notify the concerned section if documents are missed.
- Register and make tax assessment on customs system after receiving CPO from the client
- Notify duty and tax and do a follow-up for the payment in due time,
- Fill and submit VDD online.
- Undertake the customs clearance process and facilitate the logistics at ports
- Follow up of customs rule regulation and update the company accordingly
- Follow up and report any information at customs that may affect the co.’s interest
- Reply to any Customs inquiry and resolve the issue exhaustively.
- Check and verify declaration works done by other staff.
- Provide support to staffs and client whenever required.
- N.B the job holder performs other duties as deemed necessary.
Job Requirements
Key Competencies:
- Certificate training from ERCA – as a Transitor.
- Practical experience on Import and export custom clearing, shipping and forwarding.
- Clean record from ERCA.
- Excellent understanding of logistic operation, governing rules of the country;
- Good knowledge of international trade and logistic practice
- Excellent understanding of work flow processes
- Ability to consistently approach work with energy and a positive and constructive attitude;
- Self-starter and ability to manage work (perform) without supervision;
- Ability to remain calm and in control under pressure;
- Ability to meet short deadlines;
- Sound contributions to knowledge sharing networks and communication of best practices;
- Strong personal commitment to learning the particular skills that her/his job requires
- Keen interest to work in logistic business;
- Basic computer skill, email and other social platform usage
- Demonstrates commitments to the Pinnacle business group mission, vision and values
- Demonstrates integrity by living in Pinnacle business group ethical standards;
