Position 1:Core Banking and System Director (External)
Job Requirement
Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline or certificate.
MBA or equivalent business education is a strong advantage.
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise IT roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position in core banking or financial services.
Proven track record in managing core banking systems and enterprise banking applications.
Position 2:Core Banking Manager (Internal/External)
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields or certificate.
Professional certifications in core banking platforms or ITIL are an added advantage.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in banking IT, with 3+ years specifically managing core banking systems.
Hands-on experience with a core banking system such as Temenos, Flexcube, Finacle, or equivalent.
Experience with SQL databases, application monitoring, and IT service management tools.
Position 3:IT Infrastructure Manager (Internal/External)
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, VMware, AWS/Azure Certified, ITIL v4.
Minimum 6–8 years of IT infrastructure experience, with 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Hands-on expertise with networking, system administration, virtualization, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience managing IT infrastructure in a regulated environment (e.g., banking, healthcare, telecom)
