Shayashone Trading PLC would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible to perform administrative and office support activities such as writing letters, communicating with the different department teams, filing, and faxing, maintaining the office, repairing office machines, and event organizing. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible to assist in HR and finance-related functions, including recruitment, staff relations, onboarding and related administrative duties.
Education, work experience, and language
BA in Secretarial and Office Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Proficiency in Spoken and Witten English and Amharic languages is a must.
Position 2: Agribusiness Expert
Type of employment: Indefinite
Preferred Age Range: 28-40 years
Reports to: General Manager
Job Requirements
Education, Work experience and Language
Master’s or equivalent in agribusiness, business administration, agricultural economics, economics, rural development, and other related fields
At least 5 years’ hands on experience in business development, project management, agri-business, market development and community organization.
Proficiency in spoken and written English languages is a must.
Preference is given for people who have first-hand experience in private sector working on agricultural business.
Women applicants are highly encouraged.

Salary: Negotiable but competitive.

Position 3: Junior Agribusiness Expert
Type of employment: Indefinite
Preferred Age Range: 23-30 years
Reports to: Consultancy Manager
Job Requirements
Education, Work experience and Language
Bachler or equivalent in agribusiness, rural development, agricultural economics, economics, business administration and other related fields
At least 2 years’ of experience in business development, agri-business, project management, market development and community organization.
Proficiency in spoken and written English languages is a must.

Position 4: Communication and Marketing Officer
Type of employment: Indefinite
Preferred Age Range: 23-30 years
Reports to: Consultancy Manager
Job Requirements
Education, Work experience and Language
BA or above in marketing, communication, business administration, economics, agroeconomics and related studies, Rural development related studies and other related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in business/project communication, marketing, project planning and implementation, research, market development and projects implementation.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Amharic languages is a must.
