Sheger Microfinance S.C. would like to invite qualified and interested job seekers to apply for the following positions.
Position 1: Cashier I
Qualification: 10+3/12+2/ Diploma in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Management, or Related relevant field
Work Experience: One (1) year direct work experience.
Required Quantity: 3
Position 2: Accountant II
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration and other relevant related fields,
Work Experience: Two (2) years of work experience in Micro Finance Institution S.C. or related institution.
Required Quantity: 2
Position 3: Customer Service I
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration and other related fields,
Work Experience: One (1) year of work experience or Level IV diploma in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration or other relevant related fields, and 2 years of work experience at Agricultural area in Micro finance Institution S.C. or related institution.
Required Quantity: 6
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration or other relevant related fields,
Work Experience: Four (4) years of work experience in Micro Finance Institution S.C. or related institutions.
Required Quantity: 2
Position 5: Branch Manager III
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration or other relevant related fields,
Work Experience: Six (6) years of work experience out of two years as Branch manager I or II in Micro Finance Institution S.C. or related institutions.
Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Amharic and Afan Oromo language Communication is required.
Workplace: Addis Ababa, Adama , Meki , waliso and other surrounding Addis Ababa (For all position)
