Position 1: Customer Relationship Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in management, business Administration, Accounting and Finance , Business Leadership marketing management Economics or related fields,
Work experience: 2 years General Work Experience of which 1 year as , Junior Officer or equivalent position in Banking Industry,
Work Place:- Branches under all Districts
Position 2: Senior Customer Service officer Cash I
Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related Fields
Work Experience: 3 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as, Internal Controller, CSO, CRO or Equivalent position in Banking Industry.
Work Place:- Branches under all Districts
Position 3: Siinqee Ihsan Customer Accounts Officer
Qualification; BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management or related fields.
Work Experience: 3/4 years’ relevant Work Experience of which 1 year as, Associate Siinqee Ihsan Customer Accounts –II or equivalent position in Bank.
Salary : as per the bank scale

Work Place:-Head Office
Position 4: Senior Credit Analyses & Appraisal Officer- II
Qualification; MBA/MA/BA degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, finance , Business Leadership marketing management or related fields
Work Experience: 5/6 years’ Experience of which 1 year as , SCAO, CRM, ICRM,CSM-I, Operation Manager-II ,Senior Banking Operation Office-I or equivalent position in Banking industry.
Salary : as per the bank scale

Position 5: Associate Siinqee Ihsan MF-CRM-II
Qualification; BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management or related fields.
Work Experience : 3 years’ relevant work Experience of which 1 year as Associate Siinqee IHSAN MF-CRM-I or equivalent position in Bank Salary : as per the bank scale
Job Grade :IX
Work Place:-Head Office
Position 6: Corporate Siinqee IHSAN Appraisal Officer
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing Management or related fields
Experience: with 5/6 years’ Experience of which 1 year in IHSAN Appraisal Officer and Retail Siinqee IHSAN CRM or equivalent position in Banking Industry.
Terms of employment :Permanent after Probation Period
Salary: As per the scale of the bank

Position 7: Corporate Senior Siinqee Ihsan CRM II
Qualification; MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance , Business Leadership Marketing Management or related fields
Work Experience: 5/6 years’ Experience of which 1 year as Corporate Siinqee Ihsan, Retail Siinqee Ihsan CRM, or equivalent Position in Banking Industry.

Position 8: Branch Manager
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Marketing Management or related fields.
Work Experience :4/5 years general work Experience in bank industry out of which 1year as Manager Banking Operation Management I ,Customer Service Manager I, or Equivalent Position in Banking Industry

Position 9: Branch Manager-I

Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing management, Human resource management, Economics with 8/9 years of experience of which 2 years as team leader or senior officer-II in Employee relation or stakeholder’s relation or related experience in Banking Industry
Salary: As Per the Scale of the bank

Work Place: under Hawassa District –Guji Zone -Adola, Nekemete District –Kellam Wollega Zone and Shashemne District-East Bale Zone-Ghinnir
