Position 1: Chief Office Engineer
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares regular work accomplishment reports and makes proper follow up.
- Makes a close follow-up of the operation and prepares cost analysis or as necessary together with the Senior Manager and or Construction Engineer.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget of each project.
- Compiles material, machineries and manpower requirements of the project and follows up the delivery of the requirements.
- prepares Bid Documents with all the necessary preparation documents
- Collects the necessary data from site and office to prepare take-off sheet and specification and bill of quantities in detail with Engineering department and site;
- Collection and organize material price and availability assessment, equipment rental price and labor wage data;
- Updating resource breakdown for each contract quantity and price variation and contract item of the breakdown.
- Check the quantity of delivered material with the actual need and utilized material quantity and manage wastage minimization for each apartment;
- Make sure that current prices of basic materials are collected or checked on monthly basis in order to be able to calculate price escalations in accordance with the signed contract agreement or give to marketing as annex of basic price to contract agreements
- Submit monthly work progress report to the concerned supervisor using a standard format that helps the management to aware on recent developments of the projects;
- prepares and submits monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports to the responsible body.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate Superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8/6 years of related experience.
- Three or more years of experience in real estate sector
- Proficiency in English language both in speaking and articulate writing and documentation works.

Position 2: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO
- Oversee operations of each department under him
- Expand and manage capital investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances with various parties (government, NGO, and others) and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability

- Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts

Requirements:

- Real Estate industry experience (4+ years)
- Having knowledge and skills on the major directives for the Supply chain, Marketing, Technical and HR managers.
- Excellent leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues

Position 3: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

Position 4: Technical Manager
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall lead and be responsible for the successful delivery of a wide range of infrastructure projects.
- Provide specialist technical direction and advice to the group and project teams.
- conduct peer reviews and consult relevant resources as required.
- Responsible for ensuring technical quality, coordination, integrity, cost effectiveness, and profitability of designs produced and projects under construction.
- Ensure that design guidelines, standards, and procedures are followed.
- Manage members of the engineering team on multiple discipline.
- Prepare and adhere to assigned project budgets and schedules, integrate team efforts, review work, set priorities, identify, and resolve issues in a timely manner and communicate status to the COO.
- Interface with external and internal clients.
- When necessary, perform discipline specific design.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Technical supervision of project designated Engineers in the execution of their duties.
- Mentor junior members of staff and assist to promote career development within the company.
- Check compliance with QA/Safety/Environment goals.
- Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Management System.
- Safety – Responsible for personal safety and implementing safe working practices.
- Continually researches for new methods or technologies to enhance or improve existing projects.
- Coordinates and is responsible for activities of all engineering personnel and outside consultants and/or contractors; develops engineering action plans to guide timely and cost effective development of projects; maintains the system of budget and schedule control.
- Performs other engineering duties as requested by the COO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Engineering or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10/7 years of related experience.
- Three or more years of relevant similar experience in realestate business.
- Excellent technical and practical design & construction skills in the relevant discipline, and able to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to SolZer and its clients.
- Experienced in a realestate environment over the whole lifecycle of a project.
- Experienced in dealing with a variety of clients including consultants, government bodies and Contractors.
- Identify and evaluate new technology advancements against existing methods and, revise where applicable, to provide more effective solutions.

Position 5: Marketing Manager
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute marketing strategies which focus on each specific audience: including tenants, brokers, investors, and employees/potential employees.
- Device marketing goals, plans, programs, policies, and guidelines for short, medium, and long ranges for profitability, growth, and expansion.
- Build and run campaigns including e-mail campaigns, social media, apps at the property level and websites to drive market activity and connectivity.
- Manage the marketing team, budget; ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Represent the company at events, be a thought leader / brand ambassador and gather market intelligence while exposing the company to the broader industry.
- Oversee development and implementation of marketing and media budget, and overarching marketing plan including management of all digital assets (ie. website, social), media partnerships and fulfill all elements of each partnership.
- Identify and implement effective social media campaigns
- Establish effective media relationships on a local and national level to secure coverage from a wide range of mediums
- Work closely with clients and partners to ensure their desired objectives are achieved
- Act as the project/traffic manager while partnering with the creative department to ensure all necessary promotional materials, collateral, etc. are on brand for all parties
- Create recap documents of each tournament including hard data, key metrics, and recommendations
- Work closely with clients’ internal communication team
- Work closely with clients’ executive teams, preparing speaking points and creating formal documents outlining speaking engagements
- Carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision, including coordinating, and implementing projects
- Evaluate marketing goals and strategies to make swift changes for solutions.
