We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SCM Officer to join our dynamic team. The SCM Officer will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations aligned with organizational goals.
Symbol Technologies would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Junior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Relevant experience is advantageous
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement Management:
- Source and procure goods and services following company policies. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to support project timelines. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements. Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with vendors and shipping companies for smooth logistics operations.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain activities. Qualifications and Skills
