Position 1: Presales Engineer
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, electrical and computer engineering or a related field.
- Experience with system integration, enterprise solutions, and IT infrastructure projects.
- 1-3 years of experience related to this positions.
- Certifications (preferred): HCIA/HCIP, CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet etc..
- Prior experience in a pre-sale technical solutions
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions, including but not limited to networking, cloud, computing, and security.
- Knowledge of competitor products and the overall ICT market landscape and contemporary ICT market demands and cooresponding solutions.
- Better in designing and deploying ICT solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with pricing models, BOQ preparation, and proposal writing.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work conditions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build customer relationships.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Network and Support Engineer
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in related field.
- Experience in IT service desk or system administration roles is an advantage.
- CCNA , HCIA (Huawei), CompTIA Network+ / A+ are Preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto), and diagnostic tools like Wireshark, SNMP, ping, and traceroute for monitoring and fault-finding.
- Knowledge of VMware, and cabling standards aids hardware maintenance.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and switching technologies such as VLANs, STP, and EtherChannel is essential for routing and connectivity.
- Understanding DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VoIP supports core network functions.
- Basic understanding of virtualization and cloud platforms.
