Position 1: Senior Shift Quality Assurance/Control Technician
Responsibilities:
- Organizes and coordinates the activities related with quality assurance of the production process and the products
- Ensures Quality Management System is up to date and effective.
- Makes sure that all quality control activities run within the safety standard operating procedures
- Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of inputs and final products; compares with established parameters, suggests necessary action to be taken in the industry in order that effective products are produced
- Analyses the cause for scraps, performs defect analysis and recommends solutions to the top management to solve the problem.
Job Requirement:
Educational Qualification: BSc /MSc in Chemical Engineering / Applied Chemistry and other related
Work Experience: Six (6) years & above
Duty station: Kality /Addis Ababa/
Position 2: Shift Quality Assurance/Control Technician
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the perforate products are as per the quality standard
Doing visual inspection, dimension measurement & administrating the whole lots of tests.
Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the 7QC tools and use them to analyze quality problems
Uses all lab equipments for both plants and fully implemented the QMS.
Ensure each stage of the manufacturing process.
Job Requirement:
Educational Qualification: BSc in Chemical Engineering/ Applied Chemistry and related filed
Work Experience: Two (2) years & above
Duty station: Kality/Addis Ababa/
