Position 1: Cafeteria host (አስተናጋጅ ካፊቴሪያ)
Job Requirement:
Qualification: Completed 10th grade
Work Experience: Professional experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Professional Nurse
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BSc. degree in Nursing
Work Experience: Two (2) Year & above
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Planning & Budget Officer
Duties and Responsibility:
- Coordinating and assisting the management team to design and provide supporting research for the strategic plan’s implementation.
- Prepare budget reports and submit recommendations for CEO approval and coordinate with departments to ensure that budget adjustments are made.
- Collect the necessary data to create yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly reports.
- Develop an annual budget and strategic plan.
- Monitor budget transfer activity throughout the year by ensuring proper documentation and reporting analysis.
- Prepared budget reports and submit recommendations for approval of the budget request.
- Provide advice and technical assistance with planning, cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budgeting.
- Assist the departments in the planning and preparation of the performance report.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare the operational programs with the financial requests and explore alternative financing methods.
Job Requirement:
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, Accounting and Business Management.
Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years for a master’s degree or 5 years for a bachelor’s degree of work experience in plan cost and budget preparation.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Human Resource and General Service Manager
Job Requirement:
Knowledge & experience in assessing HR capacity and forecast HR requirement and matching supply & demand of staffs & capable to conduct talent development process.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the senior management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
Excellent organizational management skills.
Work Experience: Five (5) years in human resources and above
Additional Skill Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Public administration, Business Management, experience in hospital and health care centers administration is preferable.
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Expert to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
