Position 1: Farm Manager
Job Requirement
Minimum Educational Qualification & Relevant Work Experience
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science or a related fields with a Minimum of ten years’ progressive experience in the floriculture sector with at least 5 years of working as farm manager at preferably in rose or flower farming.
 - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 - In-depth knowledge of rose cultivation practices.
 - Understanding of pest and disease management.
 - Budget management and financial planning.
 - Proficient in the use of farm management software.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirement
Minimum Educational Qualification & Relevant Work Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Horticulture/Irrigation/Agricultural Engineering, at least 7 years relevant irrigation experience out of this 2 years working as Head.
 - Possess strong knowledge of Irrigation Maintenance & Installation processes.
 - Excellent communication, organization, leadership and time management skills
 - Very good knowledge of MS Office knowledge and familiar with irrigation software.
 - Commendable verbal and written communications skills – English language
 - Working experience in flower farm is advantageous

Position 4: Crop Protection Manager
Job Requirement
Minimum Educational Qualification & Relevant Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Entomology, horticulture or related field. Master’s degree preferred with a minimum of 7 years related experience out of this 2 years working as Head.
 - Proven experience in crop protection or pest management roles within horticulture farms, preferably in Rose farm.
 - Strong understanding of integrated pest management (IPM) principles and practices.
 - Knowledge of common pests and diseases affecting flower crops, as well as effective control measures.
 - Familiarity with pesticide regulations, safety protocols, and environmental stewardship principles.
 - Strong leadership and management skills.
 - In-depth knowledge of rose cultivation practices.
 - Budget management and financial planning.
 - Commendable verbal and written communications skills – English language
 - Excellent problem-solving skills.

Position 5: Audit, Risk & Compliance Service Manager
Job Requirement
Minimum Educational Qualification & Relevant Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated progressive experience, out of which three (3) years in a managerial position.
 - Experience in Horticulture sector and having certification like ACCA is advantageous.
 - Good audit experience and knowledge of modern accounting procedures and standards, and the financial laws of the country applicable to a business organization;
 - Excellent computer proficiency including different accounting software’s
 - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
 - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to senior management.
 
Place of work: Addis Ababa
