TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia SC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Young Graduate

Educational Background:

BA/BSc. degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Accounting… etc .

  • Be a fresh graduate and/or with less than two-years of post-graduate work experience.
  • Not more than 26 years of age
  • With cumulative GPA of at least 3.20 and above;
  • Must be geographically mobile.
  • Must be inquisitive, adaptable to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Experience skills required: 

  • Have good teamwork spirit and be self-driven, innovative, and willing to learn, upholds values of TotalEnergies.
  • Attitude: Cross Functionality, Mutual Support, Boldness and Listening
  • Have a good command of communication.
  • Having good command of French is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point; Adobe and Photo shop is an advantage,

Salary: As per the Company scale

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Reporting Officer

Responsibilities:

The job holder produces the following regular financial reports of the Company accurately within the Company deadlines:

  • Sales volume per business channel, investment report, Dashboard with Commentary, Working Capital Requirement Report, RV1 Sales Report
  • Monitor the Daily Sales Volume/Value, Cost of Sales, Margin, OPEX and etc. to facilitate the monthly Dashboard report preparation.  Report and follow up on any problem immediately with the responsible unit to ensure accurate information in SAP.
  • Follow-up and coordinate monthly financial closing activities.
  • Develop and produce regular and ad hoc internal/external financial reports.
  • Monitor and ensure strict adherence to the Formal Commitment Authority (FCA) and maintain accurate and current information in both the FCA Investment tracking files.
  • Monitor and validate all Capital Expenditures and Investment Work in-Progress status (including project completion status) in SAP.  Distribute a monthly report for approval to the concerned person/s.
  • Participate, prepare, analyze and organize monthly reporting activities, Business Review file, Dashboards, WIP/CAPEX liquidation files.
  • Actively participate in the Budget and Long-term Plan processes within a scope defined by the Company.
  • Analyse daily all product types of margins by invoice.
  • Verify quarterly variable compensation schema (VCS) data with the criteria set and the actual result of the sales team.
  • Perform other analysis and reports as requested.

Educational background

BA in Accounting

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years Accounting or Planning and Reporting experience.
  • Analytical skills, ability to handle complex numerical data.
  • Mastery of Group financial reporting formats
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to interact efficiently with other staff and have good communication skill.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Systems and Excel.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Junior Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities;

  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies), Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations, job descriptions, clarification on provisions of the Collective Agreement, etc.), Ensure legal compliance on all human resource management activities
  • Involve in employment related contracts for authorization and handle correspondences on post recruitment formalities (medical, police, insurance, maintaining identity cares etc…), Handle all staff insurance and medical matters, prepare related correspondences (renewal of insurance policies, medical contracts, and communication of relevant information, etc.)
  • Manage the employee ID (printing, Issuance + collection at time of contract termination), Manage employee attendance and produce timely report, continuously follow-up and update Job descriptions. Maintain up-to-date and complete bank of job descriptions per employee both soft and hard copy where hard copy shall be maintained in each personal file.
  • Prepare all payment orders related to monthly medical bills, refund of staff medical expenses, settlement of monthly fee to external service providers and staff expense claims, Prepare support letter to staffs with regards to their employment status, or other relevant and acceptable requests.
  • Prepare periodic reports, such as Head Count, Organization chart, and other HR reports.
  • Follow up leave status for all permanent employees, ensure that all leave entitlements for the current year and expended as per the leave plan.
  • Follow up administration and control of contracted employees ‘recruitment.
  • Receive loan requests, analyze the necessary pre-condition, and communicate relevant information to N+1, Update employee data base, JD, personal information, and training detail … in Anael RH(HRIS), Prepare payroll information. Process staff payroll makes sure monthly salary is ready for payment on 27th of each month, update changes in Anael payroll, timely generate payroll reports for Finance control, manage monthly closing of payroll and manage employee advances & loans and analyze their entitlement based on different parameters and Company Procedure.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required by the supervisor.

Educational background

BA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Management

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3 Years experience in Human Resources Administration
  • Good knowledge & experience in human resource administration.
  • Team player and capacity to work in a cross functional environment.
  • Must have excellent written and spoken communications skills
  • Computer literate (very good knowledge of MS office including Word, Excel & Power point
  • Knowledge of Finance for Payroll administration is advantageous.
  • Must exhibit high integrity and honesty in performance of his /her duties.
  • Must be prepared to work independently and able to work under pressure
  • French language is advantageous.
