Position 1: Public Relations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Media Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets.
- Pitch story ideas and arrange interviews to promote our brand and initiatives.
- Respond to media inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and fact sheets.
- Monitor media coverage and report on PR results.
Digital PR:
- Develop and execute digital PR campaigns to enhance our online presence.
- Manage and optimize our company’s PR presence on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR strategies with marketing initiatives.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute events to promote our brand, products, or initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution.
Crisis Management:
- Prepare crisis management plans and ensure a prompt and effective communication strategy during crises.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in public relations or a related role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Established media relations with a proven track record of placements.
- Proficient in digital PR tools and platforms.

Position 2: BTL Manager
Key Responsibilities:
BTL Campaign Development and Execution:
- Plan, develop, and execute innovative BTL marketing campaigns across various channels such as direct mail, email marketing, events, and in-store promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Creative Design and Branding:
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual materials and promotional assets for BTL campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all BTL marketing materials and campaigns.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and product launches to engage with customers and promote our brand.
- Work with vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution, from logistics to on-site management.
Performance Analysis:

- Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand design needs and create visually engaging solutions.

Project Management:

Design Software Proficiency:

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
- Create and manage engaging, share-worthy content that captures audience interest and enhances brand loyalty.
- Develop content for various digital platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and online advertising.
Social Media Management:
- Develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels.
- Create and post timely content on different social media platforms to engage the audience and foster interactive relationships.
SEO/SEM and Analytics:
- Optimize website and social media channels for SEO to increase visibility.
