Position 1: Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and developing business strategies. The Senior Business Analyst will also collaborate with different stakeholders, such as management, IT teams, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain project plans and schedules.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide recommendations to management based on research and analysis.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining project plans and schedules.
  • Experience in conducting research and analyzing data.
  • Strong ability to present findings to stakeholders.

Position 2: Mid-level Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and manage all aspects of HR functions. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing HR policies, programs and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in leading and managing a diverse team and a track record of implementing best practices in HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR team, including recruitment, training, performance management and career development
  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
  • Develop and execute HR programs and initiatives to support the company’s goals and objectives
  • Advise and provide guidance to senior management and other stakeholders on HR matters
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and negotiations
  • Manage employee retention and engagement initiatives, including employee recognition and rewards programs
  • Manage HR compliance requirements, including HR audits and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Position 3: Senior Full Stack Software Developer

Job Summary:

As a Senior Software Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems. You will work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of software products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of complex software systems using the latest technologies and programming languages
  • Design, develop, and maintain software products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of software projects
  • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure high-quality code
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve the software development process
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to project managers and other stakeholders
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of new team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development. Must be full stack development
  • Strong experience with at least three programming language, such as Java, C#, Python, .Net, JavaScript and React.
  • Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools
  • Experience leading a team of developers and managing software projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
