Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022 with business license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It commenced operation with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.
Position 1: Trainee Banker
Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Experience:
Experience: Not Required.
Year of Graduation: 2023 and 2024.
CGPA: above 3.25.
Language: Afaan Oromo.
Additional Requirement: Applicants are required to pass national exit exam.
Place of Work: Aweday.

Position 2: Principal Human Resource Management Officer
Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have 6 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Senior HRM Officer
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
Place of Work: Head Office
