Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022 with business license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It commenced operation with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.
Position 1: Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer
Qualification:
BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of study.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer.
Required Certification:
- Diploma in Financial Reporting or
- ACCA Certification

Position 2: Principal Social Media Analyst
Qualification:
BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Journalism & Communication, Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, Leadership, Business Administration, or related field of study.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years served as a Senior Social Media Analyst.

Position 3: Senior Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer
Qualification:
BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of study.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years served as a Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer.
Required Certification:
- Diploma in Financial Reporting or

Position 4: Branch Manager I – IFB Full-fledged Branches
Qualification:
BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of study.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience, of which at least 2 years must be at a supervisory level in IFB Branch Management.
