(TISc) was established by 105 Shareholders on 28th of March 2012. The shareholders are prominent individuals and business organizations. The company is registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under proclamation No.86/1994 and license No.017/12. To get public trust at the initial stage, TISc commenced its operation with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and paid up capital of Birr 11.5 million which was then by far higher than the minimum limit of Birr 3 million, having three branches in the city of Addis Ababa.

Position 1: Underwriting Officer I
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/Bsc Degree Marketing/ statistics/engineering Management/Accounting/Economics/related
Work Experience: 1 Year work experience in insurance

Place of work: Addis Ababa Branch
Position 2: Auditor II (Re Advertise)
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/BSc Degree In Accounting/ Finance
Work Experience: 2 years’ experience
Place of work: Head office
Position 3: Cashier
Job Requirement
Education: Diploma in Accounting or Banking & Insurance.
Experience: Two years proven & relevant post qualification experience.
Knowledge and Skill:
Excellent communication skill and personality.
Written & spoken English language proficiency.
Excellent computer skill.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Claims Supervisor
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/Bsc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics Related
Work Experience: 5 years’ experience in insurance 2 years in senior positions
Place of work: Head office
Position 5: Manager , Internal Audit and Inspection Division (Re Advertise)
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ related Field
Work Experience: 7 years’ experience out of which 3 years in senior positions
Place of work: Head office
