Position 1: Receptionist
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, mail)
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient company operations
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information when required
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Export Documentation Follow up Expert
Theoretical and Practical Knowledge
- B.A. Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related field and 2 years specific experience (in export) AND 5 years general experience of relevant experience. Or Diploma in Economics, Management or related field and 6 years of relevant experience;
- Single window( E-Trade) E-service Skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills; and
- com Basic computer skills
- ECX Certified in e-auction and e-trade will be advantageous (purchasing selling coffee and pulses
