Position 1: File clerk
Job Requirement
- Qualification: Diploma in library science, data base management and related fields
- Experience: Minimum 01 years relevant experience in Business organization as File clerk officer
Required skills:
- Basic knowledge of file organization (physical and digital)

Position 2: System Administrator or IT support and Network Administrator
Job Requirement
- Qualification: BSc Degree in ICT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering or Related Fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as system administrator (preferable in insurance industry)
Required skills:
- Setup and Maintain LAN infrastructure (Wired/ Wireless), including switches, routers and access points.
- Configure IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Shared resources across the network and connectivity troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong Knowledge of Windows OS (7, 8, 10, 11) and common enterprise software (MS Excel, MS Office, etc…)
- Diagnose and Resolve Windows OS issues, App installations and Driver Conflicts.
- Maintain documentation for device inventory and configuration changes.
- Coordinate with External vendors or higher tier IT teams when required
