Position 1: Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced project manager  who planning what work needs to be done, when and who’s going to do it;  looking at the risks involved in a particular project and managing these risks; making sure the work is done to the right standard;

Key Responsibilities

Motivating the team of people involved in the project; making sure the project is running on time and to budget; dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary; making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits;  Identifying project goals and scope, Ensuring deliverables are delivered on-time, Managing all project resources, Effectively communicating with stakeholders,   Eliminating blockers and potential risks, Documenting projects process using various project management tools, Ensuring top-quality results and project success

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor degree project management, Civil engineering and other related field.
• Experience: Minimum 12 and above years’ work experience and of that the applicant worked as project manager for 6 year.

Skills

• Solarization
• Smart City system
• System integration

Number of Required Persons:  3

Employment Type: one year contract

Salary: Negotiable

Duty Station:  Addis Ababa
