Position 1: – Manager, Marketing & Sales Department
Qualifications: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business
or related field of studies with 8/6 years’ experience in management in a corporate setting

Should have good skill & capacity of planning, organizing, supervising & evaluating works
Transformative approach to leadership that inspires & empowers others
Having good communication and presentation skill
Team Building skill
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Main office with frequent move to the Factory & other field works (marketing)

Position 2: Manager, Production & Technical Department
Qualifications: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Processing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field of studies with 8/6 years’ experience in Biscuit, Flour & Food Industry, from these 4/3 years worked in Managerial positions
Additional Requirement:
Ability to deal with changes effectively
Have good skill & capacity in coordinating, monitoring and leading technical team
Good organizing skill of technical, operations & maintenance
Should have good skill & capacity of planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating Factory works
Duty Station: Semen Shewa Zone, Debre Sina Town at the Factory
Position 3: – Manager, Biscuit & Flour Production Factory
Qualifications: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field of studies with 10/8 years’ experience in Biscuit, Flour & Food Industry, from these 5/4 years worked in managerial positions
Additional Requirement:
Should have good Skill and capacity in Planning, coordinating, organizing, evaluating, monitoring and supervising Biscuit & Flour Production Factory works & Technical assessment and Trainings.
Have great commitment for the achievement of Company goals.
Duty Station: Semen Shewa Zone, Debre Sina Town at the Factory
