Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor-II
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience; out of which six months as Sr. Customer Service Officer II.
Place of Work: Harerkela, Bedesa, Gelemso, Hirna, Kobo & KaraMara Hospital Area Branches (For New Branches Under Dire Dawa District)
Position 2: Customer Service Supervisor-II IFB
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four (3.5) years relevant work experience. Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required
Place of Work: Wegagen Amana Selam Branch (Dessie Town)
Position 3: Sr. Customer Service Officer-II
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience out of which six months as Customer Service Officer
Place of Work: Harerkela, Bedesa, Gelemso, Hirna, Kobo & KaraMara Hospital Area Branches (For New Branches Under Dire Dawa District)
Position 4: Sr. Payment System Officer
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields, with three (3) years of experience
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 5: Principal Payment System Officer
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields, with Six (6) years of experience.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 6: Branch Manager III
Qualifications and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor – II
Place of Work: Harerkela, Bedesa, Gelemso, Hirna, Kobo & KaraMara Hospital Area Branches (For New Branches Under Dire Dawa District)
