Position 1: Organizational Development & Change Management Officer-II
Job Purpose: To support the bank achieve organizational efficiency through initiating and implementing structural, process and job related changes in light of corporate strategic objectives
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent with two (2) years of relevant work experience
Grade: X
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Promotion & Brand Management Officer-II
Job Purpose: To effectively reach the target groups of the Bank by implementing integrated marketing communication and building a sustainable corporate identity and image
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing Management or related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience
Grade: X
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Corporate Communication Officer-II
Job Purpose: To prepare detailed media reports, press releases, and marketing materials and deliver timely, complete and accurate information for internal and external stakeholders
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing management or related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience

Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Business Research Officer-I
Job Purpose: To support the Bank’s effort by conducting economic and sector based researches and other required researches
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or related field with three (3) years of relevant experience

Position 5: Market Research & Product Development-I
Job Purpose: To support the Bank’s growth effort by conducting researches on customers’ trends and market condition as well as developing new products and updating existing ones
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or related field with three (3) years of relevant experience

Position 6: Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer-I
Job Purpose: To develop strategic and operational plan of the bank, and periodically monitor its corporate performance using key financial indicators
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or equivalent with three (3) years of relevant work experience

Job Purpose: To ensure the Bank’s compliance with Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing and other international and national regulatory requirements by participating in the design and carrying out proactive and risk-based compliance management approach, implementing due diligence on Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing activities and cultivating a compliance management culture across the Bank
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or related field with Six (6) years of relevant work experience
