Job Purpose

To ensure smooth operation of the Bank through handling and follow up maintenance of office equipment.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in hardware engineering or related field with two (2) years of relevant experience.

Place of Work: Mekelle District Office

Position 2: Legal Officer-I

Job Purpose

To safeguard the bank from emerging legal issues by directing the handlings of non-loan litigation cases and appearing in courts and arbitration tribunal.

Job Requirement

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor in Law and Legislation (LLB) with three (3) years of relevant experience.

Grade: XI

Place of Work: Northern Regional Office & Head Office

Position 3: Digital Banking Operation Officer-I

Job Purpose

To support the smooth operations of the Bank’s E-banking services by reconciling, clearing and settling E-banking transactions.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience out of which one year as Digital Banking Operations Officer II.

Position 4: Digital Banking Operation Officer-II

Job Purpose

Position 5: Facility Maintenance & Follow-Up Officer

Job Purpose

To support the Bank’s operations through properly coordinated events and facility utilization.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in any social science field or relevant field of study with two (2) years of relevant experience.

Position 6: Executive Secretary-II

Job Purpose

To support the smooth functioning of the Executives’ Offices day to day activities by providing effective secretarial and office administration services.

Job Purpose

Job Purpose

Job Purpose

Position 12: Customer Service Supervisor-II

Job Purpose

To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

Qualifications and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting ,  Management,  Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor

Grade: XIV

Required Number: 2

Place of Work: Bore & Newland Branches

Position 14: Senior (IFB) Resource Mobilization & Branch Follow-Up Officer

Job Purpose

Enhance mobilization of deposits in collaboration with districts/branches; increase efforts for sourcing new and maintaining existing depositors by developing strong relationships and engaging in personal selling

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, marketing, Economics or related fields with four (4) years relevant work experience.

Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required

Position 15: – Marketing & Communication Officer-I

Job Purpose

To prepare detailed media reports, press releases, and marketing materials and deliver timely, complete and accurate information for internal and external stakeholders;

Position 16: – (IFB) Resource Mobilization & Branch Follow-Up Officer-II
