1 Junior Secretary
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Diploma Equivalent graduate
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

To support the smooth functioning of the work unit’s day-to-day activities by providing effective secretarial and office administration services.

2 Branch Manager – IV
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year as Business Manager-II or relevant experience
📌 Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation activities of the branch are performed as per the Bank’s policy, procedures, guidelines, and other pertinent regulations.
Location: Yirgalem & Bule Hora Branches
3 Branch Manager – IV
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year as Business Manager-II or relevant experience

4 Branch Manager III
Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 1 year as Branch Manager-IV or Branch Business Manager-I

5 Senior Electrical Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience, of which 1 year should be as Electrical Engineer-I or equivalent
- Strong technical expertise, leadership, and teamwork skills
📌 Job Purpose
To supervise electrical work within the allotted time, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards; review and interpret electrical specifications; and assist in introducing new construction methods, equipment, and machinery related to electrical appliances.

6 Manager, Treasury Sales Desk
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or BCom
- Minimum of 6–8 years relevant work experience in banking and global market sales
- Basic knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Money Markets
- Conversant with all operational aspects of Treasury
- Excellent marketing and communication skills
📌 Job Purpose
To drive marketing activities aimed at achieving financial targets within the Treasury Department by expanding the client portfolio and increasing business from existing clients in Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Money Market products.

7 Manager, Trading Desk
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Commerce, Statistics, or professional qualifications such as CFA
- Minimum of 6–8 years trading experience in Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income products
- Sound knowledge of Treasury Bills, Treasury Bonds, Money Market, and FX trading
- Strong technical analysis skills
- Knowledge of Central Bank Exchange Control regulations and local banking practices
- Ability to market and establish new relationships
📌 Job Purpose
To oversee the bank’s Foreign Exchange (Spot, Forward, Swap) and Fixed Income trading activities and maximize profitability while adhering to delegated risk limits.
