Position 1: Manager, Trading Desk
Job Summary
To oversee the Foreign Exchange (including Spot, Forward, and Swap) and Fixed Income trading business of the bank. This role involves the development, marketing, delivery, and management of trading activities in alignment with the Treasury business strategy to achieve growth in market share and revenue. The individual will collaborate closely with Corporate Banking & Institutional, Retail & Business Banking, Asset Liability Management, Money Market, Fixed Income Sales, and other product partners to maximize trading profits while adhering to pre-delegated risk limits.
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience: Masters/Bachelor’s degree in , Economics, Business Commence, or Statistics from a recognized University, or a professional qualification in accounting and other fields such as CFA;
A minimum of 6/8 years’ Trading experience in Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income products.
A sound knowledge of Treasury Bills and Treasury Bonds trading, Money Market, and Foreign Exchange trading.
Ability to market & establish new relationships.
Sound knowledge in technical analysis, to be able to interpret data and make appropriate measured trading decisions.
Knowledge of the Central Bank’s Exchange Control regulations, banking practices and local banking system

Position 2: Manager, Treasury Sales Desk
Job Summary
The job is responsible for driving marketing activities aimed at achieving financial targets within the Treasury department. This role involves developing strategies to increase the bank’s share of business from existing clients in Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Money Market, as well as expanding the client portfolio. The manager will implement systems for periodic review of marketing results with the Director, Treasury Management and team members, ensuring alignment with targets. Additionally, the role includes introducing new products and initiatives to enhance profitability and conducting presentations to existing and potential customers to raise awareness of Treasury products and build strong relationships
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience: Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, and/BCom from a recognized University with a preferred Post Graduation qualification;
A minimum of 6/8 years of relevant experience in most areas of the Bank and Global Market Sale;
Basic knowledge of the foreign Exchange and Money Markets and the products accessible is a must.
Conversant with all operational aspects of Treasury.
Possess excellent Marketing and Communications skills.
