The bank had an initial paid-in capital of Birr 30 million. It was registered with the National Bank of Ethiopia on April 30, 1997, under the banking proclamation of Licensing and Supervision, Proclamation No. 84/1994. The Memorandum and Articles of Association were signed and registered with the Addis Ababa Bureau of Trade, Industry, and Tourism on April 15, 1997, with Registration Number 1/34/4/89.

Position 1: – Graduate Trainee-(IT)
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
CGPA 3.00 and above
Only 2022 & 2023 graduates can apply
Work experience is not required
Age below 25
Grade: VII
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: – System Administrator-II
Job Purpose:
To design, implement, secure and maintain the Bank’s Enterprise Systems and Data Centre to support the smooth and secure functioning of the day to day Bank’s operations
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience : Bachelors of Science Degree (BSC) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering and related fields with two (2) years relevant work experience
Grade: XI
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: – Senior IT Auditor
Job Summery
Job Purpose:
To handle the IT audit activities with the objective of ensuring that the IT operation is in line with the Bank’s policies , procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience
Grade: XII
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: – Manager, Payment System
Job Purpose:
To enhance the bank’s operational efficiency and effectiveness through developing and managing technology driven card banking services based on business requirement
Qualifications and Experience : Masters /Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields, with 6/8 years of experience of which 2 years should be at Principal or Sr. Officer.
Grade: XVI
