Wegagen Bank S.C would like to invite qualified and competent candidates for the following job positions.
Position 1: Financing Analyst-II
JOB PURPOSE
To enhance the quality of the Bank’s IFB investment portfolio through conducting quality investment appraisal and determining the viability of customer’s business.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, and Economics or related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operations is required and compulsory
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: IFB Customer Relationship Manager-I
Job Purpose
To maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship between the Bank and its corporate customers assigned to him/her, and contribute to
increasing the size of the investment portfolio through marketing and meeting the service delivery quality standard in a cost-effective way.
The position is also responsible for ensuring investment quality through proper follow-up of individual customers
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, management or related fields with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: IT Auditor-I
JOB PURPOSE
To handle the IT audit activities with the objective of ensuring that the IT operation is in line with the Bank’s policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: SR. Customer Service Officer-Ii-FIB
JOB PURPOSE
To supervise the overall cash duty of the Branch; ensure that the daily balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; attend to the Bank’s prominent customers.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operations is required
Place of Work: Kombolcha Branch
Position 5: Digital Channel Administration Officer-I
Job Purpose
To develop and manage technology-driven card banking services of the bank based on business requirements.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information science,
Software Engineering or related field with three (3) years of relevant banking work experience.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 6: Core Application Support-I
Job Purpose
To operate applications to confirm their proper functioning and uninterrupted operation, to support the smooth business operations of the
Bank
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering and related fields with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 7: SR. Branch Banking Auditor
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation at the bank’s branches is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Place of Work: Jimma and Dire Dawa District Office
Position 8: SR. Customer Relationship Manager
Job Purpose
To maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship between the Bank and its corporate & business customers assigned to him/her, and contribute to increasing the size of the loan portfolio through credit marketing and meeting the service delivery quality standard in a cost-effective way. The position is also responsible for ensuring loan quality through proper follow-up of individual customers.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
