Position 1: UN Food Resource Operation Manager (WFP)
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification:
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences or relate field.
- A Master’s degree in development/Economics or related field would be an added advantage.
Required Professional Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in food resources management at senior level, program manager, adviser .
- Direct experience with and thorough working knowledge of food aid legislations and regulations of major donors including the United States, UN agencies (WFP, WHO, UNICEF and WHO).
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Lotus Notes.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
List academic requirements, technical skills or other knowledge preferred for this position.

Position 2: Digital Platforms/ Last Miles Mobile Solutions (LMMS) Business Specialist
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology or computer science or related fields
- Certificates on Cash Based Programming (e.g. face to face or online training
- Fluency in English is Mandatory
Required Professional Experience:
- At least 2 -4years of experience in IT solutions and digital data management and system administration
- Humanitarian field experience with substantial exposure to aid agencies’ commodity and aid assistance business processes under chronic and rapid emergency contexts is preferred
- Extensive experience using digital beneficiary management, data collection, digital payment systems and data analytics, such as LMMS, CTS, Red Rose, M-Birr, iForm builder, ArcGIS, MS Power BI, etc

- Ability to troubleshoot deployed last miles, EVS, and payment solutions and document observed and collected technical problems for future capacity building and training
- Experience of setting up mobile data collection tools, digital registration, and payment solutions

- Experience in delivering varied experience user training on applied technologies

Position 6: Compliance and accountability officer
Job Description:
The Accountability and Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing complaints and feedback from program staff and beneficiaries in the field, ensuring the integrity of information received. This role involves managing the CFRM, documenting and aggregating data, and providing detailed summaries of complaint issues to feedback the program team during team meetings/ and monthly reports. In addition, he/she is responsible for overseeing an organization’s compliance with government laws and regulations. Their duties include coordinating with company management to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations and monitoring the company’s adherence to those policies and procedures.
- Sensitize community members on the available complaint mechanisms and how to use them and ensure the information provision provided efficiently and accessibly
- Ensure availability of proper and functional CFRM and filing system for all the complaints and feedback received through the CFRM.(e.g., hotlines, suggestion boxes, individual interviews).
- Follow up on complaints and feedback internal referrals with appropriate field base and sectors and respond to raised pending issues and aggregating CFRM data from the field reports.
- Handle entry, upload, and export of data, using designated software, organize paper and electronic records for routine reporting in timely manner.
- Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations.
- prepare monthly and quarterly reports based on validated data and support on-going monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of projects.
Job Requirements
