Position 1: JEOP Finance Officer
Location: Gorro, Oromia
Required Professional Experience
Able to motivate staff to achieve core results
Able to leverage key opportunities to mitigate business risks
Able to work with minimum supervision
Supervisory and technical expertise in business systems development, internal controls, policies, and procedures
Excellent working knowledge of GAAP and government/donor regulations and requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Business Administration or related field, equivalent as preferable
Knowledge and experience on humanitarian response programming an asset.
Knowledge of and ability to implement integrated programs in the development and emergency context.
Demonstrated flexibility and creativity in planning and problem-solving skills.
Position 2: Emergency Nutrition Officer -Global Hunger Response Emergency Project
Required Professional Experience
Minimum three years working experience with NGOs in CMAM program.
Required Educaton, training, license, registration, and certification
BSc degree in Public Health/ Clinical Nursing/Nutrition and related health field of study preferred from accredited universities or health colleges Acute malnutrition 2019 revised guideline training
Revised 2019 IMAM guideline, and IYCF-E training
Integrated Pharmaceuticals Logistics System (IPLS)
Trained on Family MUAC approach and TSFP/MAM
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Knowledge, training and experience in management of MAM and SAM with/without medical complication
Demonstrated skills in CMAM program planning, implementation and monitoring.
Experience in cascading family MUAC approach
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good human relation skills.
Willingness to work under pressure and extra hours
Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions;
Strong adherence to World Vision values;
Strong character traits, including emotional stability, adaptability, ability to handle stress,

Position 3: Cashier/Store keeper-Quchabirra AP
Location: Qucha birra, SNNPR
Required Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years and above in a similar or related positions
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
BA degree in Accounting, Business and related field
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
BA degree in Accounting, Business and related field
Strong MS office (Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to use new technology, Knowledge of petty cash management & customer handling skills
Position: 4 JEOP Commodity Stock Controller
Location: Bale Robe and Ginner
Required Professional Experience:
Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a related position as Commodity Stock controller/accountant /Data clerk
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management and any other related fields.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Ability to perform field assignments and willingness to travel for long period of time in difficult terrain, harsh and demanding conditions.
Computer literacy is an added advantage
Position: 5 JEOP Field Monitor
Location: Bale Robe, Ginner, Abaya and Gelana, Oromia
Professional Experience
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in relief and/or any emergency response program interventions implementation.
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
BA/BSc Degree in social science fields such as Development studies, Agriculture, Economics, Accounting and other related fields
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Ability to perform field assignments and willingness to travel for long period of time in difficult terrain, harsh and demanding conditions.
Experience in integrated project design, implementation and monitoring.
Familiarity with major donor programs- USAID, UNOCHA, ECHO and CIDA.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skill including influencing and negotiation.
Good level of computer literacy (word, excel, power point and outlook).
Position 6: Program & Admin Support Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position:
Qualification required: BSc/MSC degree Business administration, management, Communications, computer science and other related fields
Training on documentation, office management
Training on graphics design
Experience on working as a program support preferred
Experience of working with creative and communications agencies preferred
Experience on WASH preferred
Other: NGO experience preferred

Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
