Position 1: Mental Health Psycho Social Support Officer-Roving
Job Requirements
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
BA degree in psychology, Counselling Psychology , Psychiatry nurse , Psychiatry social work,
Required Professional Experience
Four years and above experience in designing and implementing Mental health and psycho-social programs in the field Knowledge and experience in application of international technical guidelines and standards in Inter Agency for Mental Health and Psycho-social guideline
Minimum Knowledge of prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA). Demonstrated flexibility and creativity in planning and problem solving. as related to the field.
Ability to meet tight deadlines through excellent time management, organisation and multi-tasking skills Knowledge and skills in community based psycho-social support mechanisms.
Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse team in a sensitive environment. Trained on MHPSS -Brief interventions (GPM+,SH+,PFA, Mhgap, SEL,PSE).
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
BA degree in psychology, Counselling Psychology , Psychiatry nurse , Psychiatry social work,

Position 2: Gender Based Violence Case Worker
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
University degree in social work, sociology , psychology , public health and relevant field of social sciences .
Required Professional Experience
A minimum of one or two years experience in child protection, Gender-based violence and related areas, program/project development and management in emergency context is required.
Direct case management and experience working with children, women and adolescents is an asset.
Knowledge and experience on Gender Based Violence programming including prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) an asset.
Extensive training in the fields of CP/GBV, psycho-social well being, case management and application of international technical guidelines and standards in Child Protection and GBV.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
University degree in social work, sociology, psychology, child protection, public health and relevant fields of social sciences.
Knowledge and skills of and ability to implement integrated CP responses, including Gender Based Violence.
Awareness of or interest in community based protection mechanisms.
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
The position requires willingness to be based at Woreda

Position 3: Gender Based Violence Case Manager
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
University degree in Psychology, sociology and related social science fields
Required Professional Experience
At least 2 years of work experience out of which 1 year in supervisory/managing protection project in emergency context.
Experience in leading/coordinating WGFS in emergency project is required.
Proven experience in designing and implementing emergency response projects.
Knowledge and experience in application of international technical guidelines and standards in response projects coordination is preferred.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Knowledge of and ability to implement GBV standards
Awareness of emergency responses and interest to work in fragile context
Experience and ability to work, communicate with partners and stakeholders in different context.

Position 4: Gender Based Violence and MHPSS Coordinator
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
BA/MA degree in social work, sociology, psychology, public health and relevant fields of social sciences

minimum of Five years experience for BA and Three years for MA in, Gender-based violence, Child protection and related areas, program/project development and management in emergency context is required.
Proven experience in designing and implementing GBVIE and MHPSS training to a variety of stakeholders.
Direct case management and experience working with children, women and adolescents is an asset.
Knowledge and experience on Gender Based Violence programming including prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA), MPHPSS is an asset
Extensive training in the fields of GBV, MHPSS, Case management and application of international technical guidelines

Extensive training in the fields of GBV, psycho-social well-being, case management, SASA, Girls shine , Community Conversation and other IASC, GBV minimum standard.

Knowledge and skills of and ability to implement integrated Gender Based Violence project

Position 7: JEOP Nutrition Coordinator
Educational level required:
BSC/ Master’s degree in Public Health/Nursing/Nutrition and related field of study from accredited college and or universities;
Technical Training qualifications required: CMAM,IMAM and IYCF-E training, relief and disaster management and development related, Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing.
Other: Knowledge of other local language is advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum five years working experience with NGOs out of which one year in Emergency Nutrition Response as a coordination, supervisory/managerial role
- Computer literate
- Experience in providing technical support and/ or strong organizational skills required.

Position 8: Mental Health & Psychosocial Technical Advisor (SPIR II)
Required Professional Experience
A minimum of 7 years of working experience in mental health and psychosocial support in low-resource or humanitarian settings, two of which have to be at a supervisory level.
Experience providing clinical supervision in individual and group settings for large-scale MHPSS programs
Experience in conducting MHPSS need assessment, quantitative and qualitative field research, and experience working closely with universities and/or other research institutions.
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
Mental Health professional with an advanced (Master’s) degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and/or related mental health profession.
Certification in the Group psychological intervention model is advantageous
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Knowledge of group-based treatments such as IPT-G and Group PM+ is strongly preferred.
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement: Travel up to 25% of time.

Position 9: Area Program Manager
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.
BA/BSc Degree in Development Studies. An advanced degree in Social Sciences related to development work is preferred. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Required Professional Experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience with regards to the designing, planning, implementation, supervising and reporting on integrated development, emergency and advocacy projects and at least 3 years’ experience in managing complex grants and programs/projects with significant experience in overseeing large multi-year program.
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.
BA/BSc Degree in Development Studies. An advanced degree in Social Sciences related to development work is preferred. Master’s degree is an advantageous.

Working experience in community development
Computer skills.
Demonstrated ability in supervision.
Able to contextualize development models in an innovative way.
Be rooted and able to form a connection to the community – and must demonstrate passion for living and working in the ADP area.
Be empowerment focused as opposed to service delivery.
Able to engage religious leaders of all faiths by mobilizing them to promote holistic development.
Experience in working with donor funds, sponsorship operations and grants funding.
Working knowledge of disaster management, emergency preparedness, monitoring and evaluation, sphere standards are added advantage.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and other stakeholders.
