Position 1: Project Coordinator
Required Education, Training, License, Registration, and Certification
Degree in Public health/Health service administration/health sciences or related fields
Required Professional Experience
- At least 5 years work experiences for MA/MPH or 7 years for a bachelor’s degree with progressive work experience in managing multi sector projects
- Experience working in Emergency Response settings in senior management team
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English required
- Proven ability to give effective and engaging presentations Strong, interpersonal, communication, networking and facilitation skills.
- Ability to meet frequent and competing deadlines while maintaining technical quality
- Experience in the management of field based program and research activities.
- Ability to think critically and strategically and good understanding of both National and International Humanitarian response protocols and implementation guidelines.

Position 2: Emergency WASH Officer
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
BSC in Water resource Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Environmental Health, Public Health or related fields
Required Professional Experience
- 2 years for MSC or 4 years for BSc on relevant project/program experience of WASH in an international NGO or similar organization.
- Solid experience in WASH Project Design, supervision, analysis and report write up, Experience in WASH Cluster engagement has an added value.
- Experience in using word, excel and other software skills is an asset
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Experience on Community Engagement and Cooperation
- Experience with emergency WASH activities
- Full computer and Internet skills including MS Office for word processing, ACCESS or other databases and in database design, graphic presentation and financial spreadsheet programs,
- Fluent in oral and written English and local language is advantageous.

Position 3: Gender Based Violence Case Manager
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
University degree in Psychology, sociology and related social science fields
Required Professional Experience
- At least 2 years of work experience out of which 1 year in supervisory/managing protection project in emergency context.
- Experience in leading/coordinating WGFS in emergency project is required.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing emergency response projects.
- Knowledge and experience in application of international technical guidelines and standards in response projects coordination is preferred.

Position 4: Gender Based Violence Case Worker
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
University degree in social work, sociology , psychology , public health and relevant field of social sciences
Required Professional Experience
- A minimum of one two years experience in child protection, Gender-based violence and related areas, program/project development and management in emergency context is required.
- Direct case management and experience working with children, women and adolescents is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience on Gender Based Violence programming including prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) an asset.
- Extensive training in the fields of CP/GBV, psycho-social wellbeing, case management and application of international technical guidelines and standards in Child Protection and GBV.
- Language Requirements written and spoken English as well as in local languages

Required Professional Experience
- Seven years of experience in a relevant human resources professional role.

- Experience managing people and talent with an International NGO.
- Proven ability to use networks to identify and target talent for key staff recruitment.
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
Bachelor’s degree required, MA preferred in human resources management, business administration or related field and/or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable of Ethiopian Labor Laws and relevant requirements.

Position 6: Area Program Coordinator
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Work Experience: a minimum of 3 years experience with regards to the designing, planning, implementation, supervising and reporting on integrated development, emergency and advocacy projects and at least 2 years’ experience in managing complex grants and programs/projects with significant experience in overseeing large multi-year program.
Preferred: Working experience in community development.
- Minimum Qualification required: BA/B.Sc. Degree in Development Studies. An advanced degree in Social Sciences related to development work is preferred. Master’s degree is an advantage.

- Computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability in supervision.
- Able to contextualize development models in an innovative way.
- Be rooted and able to form a connection to the community – and must demonstrate passion for living and working in the ADP area.
