Position 1: SPIR II Commodity & Logistics Specialist
JOB PURPOSE
The Food Assistance Commodities and Logistics Specialist is responsible for liaising, scheduling, tracking and processing SPIR II food commodities shipment into country and dispatch from PDPs. This includes maintaining accurate records of receipts, shipments, and transport and handling costs. The purpose of the commodity and logistics Specialist position is to handle tasks related to call forwards, shipment, and custom clearance in closely working with SPIR II Food Assistance Manager, custom clearing agents, port operation agents, independent surveyors, the ministry of agriculture and custom authorities. The post holder will provide strategic support and planned leadership to particular logistics staff (commodity dispatchers, store keepers and stock controllers) to ensure efficiency, accountability and transparency of commodity and logistics management processes.
Required Professional Experience
Six (6) Years of experience in food assistance / food programs, disaster mitigation and development related fields with a minimum of 3 years’ experience on food commodity and logistics management.
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
MA/MSc or BA/BSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Disaster Management, Agriculture and related fields
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and working understanding of PSNP and USAID Food Security and Resilience programs;
- Good understanding on food commodity call forwards, shipment, port operations activities, custom clearance, warehouse management, commodity handling and transportation;
- Demonstrated capacity to on commodity and logistic coordination/management;
- Experience in food assistance programing, Grants/project management, Market assessment and Analysis, Cash transfer programing, supply chain management, and report writing.
Good knowledge of local context;
INGO experience;
- Ability to work in high tension and high security risk situations
- Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
- Office based with travel to the field
- Travel: 25% Domestic travel is required
- Language Requirements: English and Amharic
Salary: USD paid in Ethiopian Birr on prevailing monthly exchange rate as per the National Bank of Ethiopia on the 20th of the month

Job Summary:
The Chief of Sales and Marketing is responsible to oversee and lead the Automotive Centre sales and marketing strategies. He/She will be responsible for driving profitable sales and revenue growth, developing marketing initiatives and monitoring & evaluating the sales performance of the center.
Primarily this role will be accountable to increase customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives. He/She also plans, initiates and manages projects providing technical support service and training to the staff on how to be effective in CRM and excel in quality service provisions.
Education: Level IV/Deploma/BA/Bsc in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive technology, Accounting, management and related field of study.
Work Experience: 6 – 10 years of Proven relevant work experience and 3 years in senior or supervisory positions in the automotive industry.
Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive sector sales processes, dealership operations, and marketing strategies, demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets, Leadership Skill, Advanced computer skills, Exceptional presentation, negotiation and communication skill, Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools, Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities and strong background in automotive sales and marketing is a plus.

Position 4: Health and Nutrition Manager
Job Description:
The health and nutrition program Manager is accountable to lead the design and write up of technically sound new health and Nutrition programs and concepts/proposals; to develop coherent Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) framework for health and nutrition programs to provide strategic quality oversight on Health and Nutrition programs portfolio; and to lead sector programs’ external engagement with government, donors, peer local/INGOs and other stakeholders (research, university, think-thank, and professional associations) in order to promote the evidence of World Vision’s child-focused Health and Nutrition programs impact; to engage in Health and Nutrition policy formulation or implementation; and to create new funding opportunities for Health and Nutrition programs. The health and nutrition program Manager writes will lead the development of new health and nutrition project(s) for funding in coordination with Grant Acquisition and Management Director, and Humanitarian Emergency Affair Director and Technical Specialists.
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
At least 10 years field experience in Health & Nutrition programming or the equivalent with a Master’s degree or equivalent in Health & Nutrition or related field.
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
A Master degree in health-related fields preferably in Public Health discipline with a minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience in health and nutrition program management in development and emergency response context in international non-government organization out of this, 8 years should be in management level.
Demonstrated competency with participatory Monitoring and evaluation, Results-Based management, Logical Framework Analysis, community participation, Participatory Learning and Action
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of partners with varying interests and priorities in the fields of nutrition, and health
Experience in working with Sub Grantee
Strong facilitation, negotiation and communication skills for partner and donor engagement is required.
