Educational Background: BSc Degree in computer science, computer engineering, Information Technology study
Experience: 4 years relevant experience in a similar position

Position 2: Loan Section Head-I
Educational Background: BA Degree in accounting, finance, banking, business, or related field
Experience: 3 years in relevant experience out of which 2 years experience in banking or microfinance as a Senior Loan Officer or Relatiod position

Position 3: Board Secretary
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science & office management, IT & having a background of law
Experience: 4 years in related work out of which 2 years experience in banking or microfinance institution in a similar Position.

Position 4: Legal Officer-I
Educational Background: BA Degree in Law,
Experience: 1 year and above relevant experience in legal related activities at banking or microfinance Sector

Position 5: Collateral Valuator
Educational Background: BSc Degree in Mechanical /Civil Engineering or Construction Technology or any relevant field of study
Experience: a minimum of 2 years’ experience in banks or microfinance in a similar position.

Position 6: Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer
Educational Background: MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: 10 & above years of banking/microfinance experience out of which 5 years of experience in a managerial position.

Position 7: Deputy Chief- Strategy & Technology Officer
Educational Background: Msc/MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
Experience: 10 & above years of banking/microfinance experience out of which 5 years of experience in a strategy formulation, consulting & business planning, Experience in financial technology is highly preferred .

Educational Background: MA/BA Degree in HRM, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: 10 & above years of banking or Microfinanc experience in Human resource Management out of which 5 years of experience in a Managerial Positions

Position 9: Finance and Budget Department Manager
Educational Background: Msc or Bachelor’ Degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience: 7/8 years of experience in related work out of which 3 years on Finance Department Head or Manager Position in Banking or Microfinance Sector.

Position 10: Internal Audit Department Manager
Educational Background: MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Banking and Finance or related fields
Experience: 5/7 years banking/microfinance work experience, out of which 3 years in a senior/Managerial Audit Position.

Position 11: Human Resourcetraining & Development Division Manager
Educational Background: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration related field

Experience: 5/7 years relevant banking or microfinance work experience, out of which 3 years in a senior/Managerial related position in the microfinance industry
