Yegna Microfinance Institution S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Resource Mobilization and Branch Follow Up Department Manager

Educational Background:MA/BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Work Experience: 5/7 years of experience in related work out of which 4 years in banking and /or microfinance business, International NGO of which, at least 3 years shall be in a managerial position.

Position 2: Senior Marketing Officer

Educational Background: BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management,and related.

Work Experience: three (3) year and above experience in banking and /or microfinance.

Position 3: Loan Section Head I

Educational Background: BA Degree in accounting, finance, banking, business, or related field

Work Experience: 3 years in relevant experience out of which 2 years experience in banking and /or microfinance is Mandatory

Position 4: Branch Accountant-I

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance & Accounting

Experience: 0/2 years of experience in related work out of which 1 years experience in banking and /or microfinance advantageous

Position 5: Resource Mobilization Officer -I

Educational Background: Master’s Degree or Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Business Communication

Experience: 1/2 Years relevant experience in Banking and /or microfinance & NGO

Position 6: Internal Audit Department Manager

Educational Background: Msc/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics or related

Experience: 5/7 Years in relevant work experiene out of which 4 years experience in banking and /or microfinance at managerial position.

Position 7: Branch Manager

Educational Background: BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting and related

Experience: 3 Years in related work out of which 1 years experience in banking and /or microfinance at equivaletnt position.

Position 8: Chief Executive Office

Educational Background: BA Degree in Economics, Management, marketing, or related fields

Experience:  10 (Ten) years of experience in related work out of which 5 years of experience in banking and /or microfinance business shall be in a managerial position

Deadline: December 4, 2023
