Educational Qualification: BA Degree in HRM, Business management, Public management, management or equivalent
Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience in compensation and benefit administration, experience in designing compensation programs, preferably in the textile industry excellent analytical skill, well developed planning and organizing ability, time management
Place of work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 5: Central Planning and IT Service Head
Educational Qualification: BA/BSC Degree in information technology, Economic, Management, computer science, statistic
Experience: At least 6 years relevant experience in operation planning with strong production process, system analysis, advanced proficiency in Excel, good analytical and numerical skills and understanding of maintenance system

Position 6: Secretary
Educational Qualification: College Diploma in Secretarial science and office management
Experience: At least 2 years relevant work experience in secretarial service
