Position 1: Janitor and messenger

Job Requirement

• Educational Preparations: Grade 12/ 10  completed
• Experience: Minimum of 0–2 years cleaning experience in offices and equipment cleaning.

Required personnel: 2

Gross Salary: 10,600.00

Placement of Job: Addis Ababa & Project Site

 

Position 2: Foreman

Job Requirement

• Educational Preparations: Diploma/ Level IV in Civil engineering/ construction Technology or related technical fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in building construction.
  • Engineering Aid professional license is a must

Required personnel: 4

Gross Salary: 22,500.00

Placement of Job: Addis Ababa & Project Site

 

Position 3: General foreman

Job Requirement

• Educational Preparations: BSC / Diploma/ Level IV in Civil engineering/ construction Technology or related technical fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8/10 years experiences in High-rise building construction,
  • Engineering Aid professional license is a must.

Required personnel: 4

Gross Salary: 28,500.00

Placement of Job: Addis Ababa & Project Site

 

Position 4: Site Engineer

Job Requirement

• Educational Preparations: BSC in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and management, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years experiences in High-rise building construction projects.
  • Professional Engineer license is a must.

Required personnel: 5

Gross Salary: 33,500.00

Placement of Job: Addis Ababa & Project Site

 

Position 5: Office Engineer

Job Requirement

• Educational Preparations: BSC in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and management, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction projects in High-rise building or Infrastructure.
  • Professional Engineer license is a must.

Required personnel: 4

Gross Salary: 37,500.00

Placement of Job: Addis Ababa & Project Site

 

Position 6: Construction Technical Manager

Job Requirement

• Educational Preparations: MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management or related fields
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 12 / 15   years in building or infrastructure projects, including at least 3 / 5 years in technical or managerial level.
  • Practicing Professional Engineer license is a must.

Required personnel: 1

Gross Salary: 85,000.00
