Position 1: – HR Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in HR management roles.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and organizational development. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.If you are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and have a proven track record in HR management, we’d love to hear from you!
Position 2: – Technical Manager – Pharmaceutical Import
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or technical management within the pharmaceutical sector.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical registration processes, EFDA regulations, and international compliance standards.
Experience working with international pharmaceutical suppliers and regulatory bodies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Summary
The Technical Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all imported pharmaceutical products meet regulatory, quality, and safety standards. They will oversee product registration, liaise with regulatory authorities, and provide technical support to ensure smooth market entry and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the registration and regulatory approval process for imported pharmaceuticals.
Ensure compliance with EFDA (Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority) and international pharmaceutical regulations.
Liaise with international suppliers for technical documentation, certifications, and regulatory support..
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to provide technical expertise on products.
Prepare technical reports, regulatory submissions, and risk assessments.
