Position 1: Graphics Designer
Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and talented graphics designer with UI/UX skill to join our team and help us design and develop engaging web and mobile applications.
As a graphics designer with UI/UX skill, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Creating original graphics, icons, logos and illustrations
- Prototyping, wireframing, user flows and mockups using UX software
- Conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback
- Adhering to style standards and brand guidelines
Job Requirment
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A portfolio of graphics design and UI/UX projects
- Proficiency in graphics design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Sketch
- Proficiency in UX software such as Figma, Adobe XD or InVision
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A degree in graphic design, UI/UX design or related field

Position 2: Marketing Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Zagol Systems Trading Plus is a software developer, Tour & Travel Company Based in Addis Ababa. The company solely focuses on developing various software products for the Ethiopian & Global markets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of key account sales scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Analyzing competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
• Conducting promotional activities.
• Overseeing campaigns on social media.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns
• Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
• BA in Marketing management, and related fields.
Work Experience:
• one year and above experience
Skills:
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Ability to speak Amharic, English
- Customer service skills.
- Basic Computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
